Questions about my toolbar in Legacy.

How do I get the My Toolbar to stay displayed . On my main machine every time I reboot it comes back minimized. However on my laptop it stays maximized on reboot.

I assume there is an option to control this but I can't find it.

Any assistance gladly received.

    Don't you just hate that Keith?  I think it happens to us all at times.  Glad you sorted it out.
