Two more survey questions - what doesn't work with hangouts?
We are down to the last two questions so - Today's Poll Question - What is the least helpful part of our LVUG Hangouts? Go ahead we can take it - what doesn't work for you and please share any comments about how we can improve the hangouts (length, schedule, invitations, other logistics, etc.). Thanks.
As someone who is trying to get to grips with Legacy I can not say that I have found anything unhelpful. It was this Community that inspired me to considering switching from Roots Magic.
ReplyDeleteI agree. My biggest problem is making my schedule work to get to the hangouts. If I don't get there live, I find it hard to go back and view the recording

ReplyDeleteMy only problem is the time of the live hangout. It's right when my kids are coming in the door from school. I just have to watch them later. Next school year-no more elementary school kids so maybe it will work our for me to join live!
ReplyDeleteThis is a very minor nitpick - occasionally a segment gets a little slow IMHO - so it's just a matter of me being patient or the mod keeping things moving - I get something useful from every session I watch. That's a win in my book.
ReplyDeleteI have found all of the hangouts very helpful. Usually, I cannot view them live but I do watch at my convenience. My schedule is so varied that any time frame is questionable except perhaps two in the morning - don't look for me! I also go back to previous hangouts and tips because they have answered many questions. Thanks for doing them.
