Thanks for this LVUG community.

Just finished watching Geoff's "Virtual User Group Meeting" webinar at Legacy Family Tree Webinars.   Tessa, your programs are so much more informative and helpful to me.  Thank you for all of the hard work that you put in to helping us learn.

  1. Bob Inhoff thanks so much for your kind words - there are many ways to learn how to use programs and I think that Carol Stevens Linda McCauley and I try to focus on one task or feature at a time (I am not a multi-tasker). We also encourage other LVUG members to help us out and co-present (thanks to Monique Riley and Jenny Moorman Davis). Shannon Thomas is on-board to discuss Evernote in greater detail in future HOA. We also have lots of savvy Legacy users here who answer questions and make us think (JL Beeken comes to mind right away).  And Jerry Kocis gives us the heads up on all things tech. That is the great thing about community - we are users helping each other.

But there are as many ways to learn and having choices is a great thing. The more the merrier and the more to choose from. Let us know if you have any specific features you want to learn more about Bob (or anyone else). Have a good weekend.

  2. I wish I spoke French Jean-Raymond Floquet - hopefully Google will put this on their list - translating youtube videos into various languages. At least I was able to translate your comment by clicking on the translate button (it is a start). Somehow I think I might sound better with a French accent (I took a two week cooking/language course in France a few years ago - I did much better with the food!).
