How to choose what to show on the main screen in Legacy?
I've lost where you can remove baptism/christening from the main data entry screen. Help please!
We started out as a Google+ Community - it is closing down so we have migrated here to Blogger. This will be the place for 6+ years worth of posts and comments (an archive of sorts) as well as the place to dish up current questions, comments, and tips about our genealogy software of choice, Legacy Family Tree.
When you are in the main Family View tab you can right-click on the item you want to change. This brings up the edit screen where you can change any of the items you want to appear on your main data entry screen. Hope this helps.
ReplyDeleteI don't think you can remove it from the data entry but you can from the family view screen - hopefully that is the one you mean. When you are in the family view, Right click one of the items (not sure what the default are since i moved mine around but probably born, died ....). The pop-up box will show 2 items: 1 Family View and below that, customize. Click customize and you can pick which fields you want to display. I swapped out baptism on mine also and have age of death.
