Using the Relationship Calculator - problem.
When I use the Relationship Calculator I get two people related 13 times. But when I swap their positions left to right, they come out as cousins 24 times. Why the difference?
We started out as a Google+ Community - it is closing down so we have migrated here to Blogger. This will be the place for 6+ years worth of posts and comments (an archive of sorts) as well as the place to dish up current questions, comments, and tips about our genealogy software of choice, Legacy Family Tree.
I have noticed similar problems with the Relationship Calculator when the positions are swapped. If you find answers, please post. It may be a bug or it may be intentional but either way I would like to know.
ReplyDeleteRon Taylor The response I got from Legacy was that they're not fixing bugs anymore in v.7.5. So, if you're using v.8 and having this problem you might have better luck.
