How do I include grave photos in Legacy reports?

How do I include grave photos in reports? I attached gravestone photos as media to burial date and location. I've "selected" ~everything in the options I can identify. :-) For example, in the Report Options>Pictures, I have selected the box to include event pictures and insert the actual photo in the RTF file. The photo of the person is included but not the gravestone photo. Additional details: No photos are included in a report for birth, christening, death or burial. Photos are correctly shown for other events that I "add" (and as a photo of the person).

Update: on my Legacy acting up.

Update: Resorted to an uninstall and new download for the reinstall. Finally working again after 90 minutes of lost time. HELP! Just installed the latest update of Legacy 9 on my PC (Windows 10). Seemed to run ok but Legacy will not start up at all now. Nothing. Looking in the programs directory, Legacy.exe is missing. Instead, there is a LegacyX.exe file. Double clicking that does not start anything (and nothing shows up in the task manager). Some sort of glitch in the updater? If so, it should be many more people than me since it came out ~6/13. Any ideas other than to uninstall and reinstall?? How do I protect my files which are not backed up to today?

Working with notes and reports in Legacy - can we move things around?

Folks here solved my last question, so I'm hoping there is a simple solution here, too (perhaps buried deep in options)... (My question is at the end, if all my explanation is too long and unnecessary) With my previous software (Generations), I put much of my collected information on an individual in the "Notes" field.  In Legacy, I'm working my way through thousands of people in my database to  catalog Events properly.  BUT I still have information that better fits Notes, such as stories and things that don't fit into an event item and really fill in the holes.  In Generations, the Notes information would come after the vital statistics in a report.  In Legacy, the Notes and Research information comes first in the reports I've generated - that is weird to me because it results in a story about someone before the basic chronology of the person is given.  So my question: Is there a way to tell Legacy to put Notes information AFTER the chronologica...

Standard sentences and notes in Legacy.

I submitted a trouble ticket several weeks ago and did not hear back, but maybe the problem is something I'm doing wrong. In Legacy, many events allow you to add information in addition to the standard sentence that is generated for a report.  For example, the immigration event for one person on a family tree I'm searching would generate this sentence based on the basic information I put into the fields for description, date and place: Richard immigrated on the S.S. Caledonia on 23 Apr 1911 to New York City. But I had more information, which I put in the Event Notes section, and I checked the "add events to the sentence"  which would append the following: The ship had departed Londonderry on 15 April 1911.  Richard was described as 26 years old, single, bricklayer, British.   The Events dialogue box shows the appended/combined sentence correctly, but none of the reports will include the Event Notes for any of the events (immigration, census, and many m...

Making a decision to upgrade or update or change software.

There's probably no question here, but I wanted to tell my story in case others run into people facing this (or a similar situation) in the future... I used Generations for my genealogy software from 1996/7 until 2014. I knew I was on borrowed time for many years because FTM had bought out Generations in ~2002(?) and never released another update before withdrawing it from the market. To put it in context, I think it was designed to run on Windows XP at best (maybe not even that). Nevertheless, it continued to run on my computer with each new Windows operating system until some sort of update last summer (even after Windows 8 came out). I tried to back out of all recent system updates when I discovered the problem but could not get Generations to function properly again, although I could still access all data and produce reports, export, etc. I compared the latest genealogy software and finally selected Legacy. It had an import for Generations, but if I remember correctly ...
