I have a question about creating a Descendant report.
I was able to create the report as both a .PDF and a .RTF file. I noticed that the PDF created created the Table of Contents and generated an index. However, on the RTF file Index page says:
[ Note: Using your word processor, generate an Index here. ]
[ All names have been marked as index entries in this document. ]
[ Erase these three lines. ]
The TOC page has a similar message. Do the messages mean I have to create my own in the RTF file?

Nevermind. I figured out. I have never used that feature on Word.
